Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer insights, research, or data analysis.
- Experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Survey design and management tools (e.g. SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics), GA4.
- Not essential but beneficial: Python, R, ML applications, BI tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration.
- Excellent storytelling and data visualisation skills.
Responsibilities
- Turn customer voice and behavioural data into actionable insights.
- Design and deliver qualitative and quantitative research (surveys, interviews, focus groups).
- Leverage internal/external data to understand customer needs and behaviours.
- Communicate insights clearly to inform data-driven decisions.
