Job summary

OneSchool Global seeks a Secondary Teacher - Science for the Illawarra NSW campus. The role is full-time and permanent, commencing in Term 4, 2026. The campus offers modern facilities and a strong emphasis on technology-enabled learning to support innovative teaching.

Ideal candidates will have NSW Curriculum expertise, experience across Years 7-10, and a passion for inspiring student engagement in STEM while delivering practical science activities and senior secondary courses.

Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of the NSW Curriculum and Syllabus.
• Experience teaching Science across Years 7-10.
• Ability to create engaging learning experiences fostering curiosity and STEM engagement.
• Registered teacher with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
• Relevant teaching and tertiary qualifications.
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons across face-to-face, hybrid and online environments.
• Support innovative teaching practices and technology-enabled learning.
• Coordinate campus Science Week initiatives and senior secondary science practical activities.
• Contribute to Learning to Learn pedagogy and the broader campus life.
• Occasionally support primary learning programs where appropriate.
