Fenix Resources Ltd seeks an experienced Injury Management Advisor to lead injury management, workers' compensation and return-to-work activities across its Western Australia operations. Qualifications

• Experience in workplace injury management or rehabilitation.
• Strong knowledge of Western Australia workers' compensation requirements.
• Experience coordinating return-to-work programs with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to coach leaders on injury management and early intervention.

Responsibilities

• Lead injury management, workers' compensation and return-to-work activities across operations.
• Manage injuries from notification through recovery and claim closure with clinical partners.
• Develop and monitor suitable duties and return-to-work programs in consultation with stakeholders.
• Provide practical guidance on injury management, prevention and wellbeing initiatives.
• Deliver regular reporting on injuries, claims, costs and recovery progress.
