Job summary

Rentokil Initial seeks a dedicated Hygiene Technician in Western Australia. The role involves installing, servicing and removing products in client washrooms, with autonomy and a flexible, full-time schedule Monday to Friday.

You’ll travel regionally, perform steam treatments and first aid services, and liaise with clients and stakeholders to enhance service quality. The position offers a vehicle, mobile phone, incentives and structured training, with clear career progression into supervisory or

Responsibilities

• Installations, repairs and removals of our product into customer washrooms, including First Aid servicing and steam treatments.
• Complete routine work including bathrooms, sharps, first aid and steam treatments.
• Work to a planned schedule within a set zone and provide good customer service.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and identify opportunities to improve service standards.
• Travel to regional areas when needed and stay away (Kalgoorlie, Albany, Geraldton, Busselton).

Initial Hygiene is looking for enthusiastic, natural-born problem solvers with a great attitude to join our team of technicians on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday to Friday.

Duties

• Installations, repairs and removals of our product into customer washrooms,including First Aid servicing, steam treatments.
• Complete all routine work which may include completing detailed bathrooms, sharps,first aid and steam treatments.

• Working to a planned schedule within a set zone
• Providing good customer service to all clients
• Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
• Be aware of clients' needs and identify opportunities to improve service standards.
• Be able to travel to regional areas when needed and stay away.(Kalgoorlie, Albany, Geraldton,Busselton)
