Job summary

Fulton Hogan Southern Region Construction is seeking a Sustainability Lead to drive sustainability systems, plans, ratings and reporting for an upcoming infrastructure project.

Reporting to the project leadership team, you will embed practical initiatives across design and construction, manage risks and opportunities, and coordinate with project teams, subcontractors and external stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and review Sustainability Management Plans.
• Experience delivering sustainability plans, reporting and self-assessment submissions.
• Strong data assurance and technical writing skills, plus stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and review the Sustainability Management Plan and Package Sustainability Implementation Plan.
• Lead Infrastructure Sustainability submissions and evidence, assurance and completion.
• Monitor targets and risks, maintain sustainability data and reporting, escalate issues.
• Collaborate with design, delivery, procurement and commercial teams to embed sustainable solutions.
• Lead inspections, audits and assurance activities and close out findings.
• Provide practical advice to project personnel and represent sustainability in forums.
