A global professional services firm is seeking an Infrastructure Management lead based in Sydney to manage IT service delivery. The role requires over 8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure operations and project management. The candidate will collaborate with clients, lead large teams on complex projects, and ensure quality service and cost efficiency. This position involves flexibility for on-call support and shift work, with a strong focus on delivering innovative solutions and client satisfaction.

We are seeking an Infrastructure Management lead responsible for managing and collaborating with client stakeholders acting as an SME with deep knowledge and experience in Service delivery. You will manage the delivery of large complex projects having technologies not limited to Operating systems Storage & Backup Database Network End user computing Service Desk etc.
You will drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery. Your role will involve measuring and communicating progress to leadership within committed time frames as well as proactively supporting sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.
Our positions are primarily focused on managed services meaning you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our clients IT systems (Applications and Infrastructure). Flexibility and adaptability are key as you may be required to work in shifts to provide continuous support. Additionally you may need to be on call to address incidents promptly and perform after-hours deployment activities as needed. Your ability to effectively manage these responsibilities will be crucial to ensuring the seamless operation of our services and client satisfaction.
