Job summary

Standard Life Aberdeen is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the asset management of portfolio project and holding companies. You will assist with ESG reporting, financial analysis, and review of project models under supervision.

The role involves contributing to quarterly valuations, support in new investment opportunities, and collaboration with tax and audit processes across Australia/New Zealand infrastructure projects. English fluency and finance background are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Accounting, Commerce or Finance preferred but not essential.
• Ideally 2 years’ experience in Infrastructure Project Finance.
• Strong financial analytics and modelling skills; able to analyse financial statements and complex models.
• Fluent in English and ideally another language.
• Knowledge of Australia/NZ PPP infrastructure sector.
• Knowledge of Australian/NZ PPP legal framework.
• Knowledge of Australian/NZ accounting and corporate tax; Big Four/investment bank experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ongoing asset management of existing portfolio project and holding companies.
• Assist in ESG and sustainability reporting.
• Support analysis of operational reports, board reports, management accounts, counterparty financials, and project models.
