Job summary

Multicultural Consulting Services Pty Ltd – Melbourne VIC is seeking a Communications and Graphic Designer to support an infrastructure project, turning data into clear reports, visual content and digital communications.

You will produce artwork for reports and digital channels, maintain visual identity, create presentations and HTML emails, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners. A bachelor degree and 3+ years in graphic design with a strong portfolio are required.

Qualifications

• A bachelor degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, Public Relations or a related discipline.
• At least three years in graphic design and strategic business communications within major projects or large organisations.
• A strong portfolio showing Adobe Creative Cloud and digital content skills.
• Experience combining data visualisation with effective layouts.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Excel, Tableau or comparable analytical tool experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Produce artwork for reports, brochures, newsletters, infographics and social channels.
• Translate complex metrics into visual explanations, dashboards and business reports.
• Maintain consistent visual identity across project communications.
• Create presentations, multimedia assets, HTML emails and web content.
• Edit and proofread copy for clarity and accuracy.
• Coordinate communication workflows with internal teams and external partners.
