Darling Downs Health in Toowoomba seeks an Infectious Diseases Consultant/Microbiologist to deliver expert clinical advice, leadership and service improvement across a regional healthcare network.
You'll provide specialist infectious diseases care, guide antimicrobial stewardship, mentor staff and contribute to education, research and governance to improve patient outcomes. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive high-quality care across the region.

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value from $260,855 (L18) up to $321,438 (L27) comprising salary rates between $106.91 (L18) and $135.55 p.h. (L27), motor vehicle allowance, professional development allowance, professional development leave 3.6 weeks p.a., regional attraction allowance, professional indemnity cover and private practice arrangements. Superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) will be applied additionally to the total remuneration value.
