Job summary

Getinge Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated Field Service Technician – Infection Control. You will be responsible for preventive and reactive maintenance on Getinge equipment at customer sites across Southern NSW, maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting other field service electricians.

Key requirements include a restricted or full electrical licence with a valid driver’s licence, strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, and a proven customer-service

Qualifications

• Restricted or Full Electrical licence and valid Driver’s Licence (mandatory).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Proven track record of going above and beyond for others.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive and reactive maintenance for Getinge equipment at customer sites.
• Liaise with the Getinge Service Co-ordination team prior to attending customer sites.
• Support installations of Getinge capital equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues and restore equipment to full functionality, enabling customer operations.
• Support other Getinge Field Service Electricians as necessary.
