Job summary

Synergie Australia is seeking Industrial Operators to join on-site in Pinjarra, WA. This temporary-to-permanent role involves 12-hour days/nights across weekends, with overtime possible based on performance.

You will perform confined space cleaning, high-pressure jetting, and general labouring while maintaining safety and regulatory standards. Requires a confined-space ticket and the ability to pass medicals.

Responsibilities

• Tank cleaning and labouring in line with regulations and procedures.
• Sentry work and general site duties.
• Operate high pressure water jetting equipment.
• Carry out vacuum truck operations as directed.
• Complete daily safety checks and paperwork as required.
• Perform general labouring tasks as instructed by supervision.

A temporary to permanent opportunity position, you are casually working a range of different shifts, days and nights from Monday to Sunday with a possibility of overtime (based on performance, reliability etc).

In this role, you will be required to enter confined spaces to complete Cleaning/Descaling duties using a range of equipment that includes High pressure water jetting along with manual cleaning which requires a good level of fitness.

Days/Hours - Shift work with 12 hour days and nights inc Weekends

Tenure - 3months - Ongoing opportunities for the right candidates

Pay - $33.85 / $36.81 + Hourly confined space allowance & Penalties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tank work - Conduct Manual cleaning and labouring duties in line with company regulations, training, and operational procedures.
• Sentry work
• High Pressure Water Jetting of various equipment.
• Vacuum truck operations
• Conduct daily paperwork and safety checks as needed.
• General Labouring as instructed by
• Permanent resident or Australian citizen
• Confined space entry ticket
• Ability to pass Pre employment medical DAS
