Multicultural Consulting Services (MCS) is seeking an Industrial Relations Manager to lead IR strategy for a major Melbourne rail delivery team. You will provide practical advice to project leaders, build capability and resolve complex workplace issues.

The role focuses on developing IR plans, coaching leaders on obligations, handling investigations, negotiating instruments and staying updated with industry developments to improve governance.

Qualifikationen

• Degree and experience in law, business, IR, HR or employee relations.
• Major-project IR experience, preferably in construction.
• Understanding of Victoria’s IR environment and unionised construction workplaces.
• Strong influencing, communication, organisation and compliance skills.

The Opportunity

Lead industrial relations strategy and governance for a major Melbourne rail delivery team. The role supports project leaders with practical advice, capability building and the resolution of complex workplace issues.
