Alfabs Protective Coatings is growing fast and seeking experienced Industrial Painter/Blasters to join our workshop team. You will work on Tier 1 projects across construction, mining and infrastructure, contributing to high-quality finishes and a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• 12+ months' industrial painting and blasting experience.
• Airless and conventional spray application experience.
• Surface preparation and mechanical tool experience.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Solid work ethic and reliability.
• Good communication and ability to work as part of a crew.
• Ability to pass pre-employment and ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
