Job summary

SGS Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a hands-on Well Services Equipment Maintainer based at our Wingfield workshop, with duties from the Burton site. You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems, manage inventory, and ensure readiness for mobilisation.

Strong safety culture and documentation discipline are essential. This permanent full-time role requires trade qualifications, a Class C licence, and a High Risk Forklift Licence.

Qualifications

• Trade qualifications in mechanical disciplines as listed.
• Class C Driver's Licence required.
• High Risk Forklift Licence (LF) beneficial.
• Senior First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, corrective and breakdown maintenance on Well Services equipment.
• Conduct servicing, testing and inspections per maintenance schedules and manufacturer requirements.
• Identify faults and recommend repair or replacement solutions.
• Prepare equipment and consumables for mobilisation, including pre-deployment inspections.
• Maintain inventory records and asset documentation.
• Keep maintenance records and job cards updated in systems.
• Ensure compliance with SGS procedures and industry standards.
• Support a safe workplace through risk assessments and toolbox talks.
• Maintain a clean, organised workshop and collaborate with teams.
