Job summary
CampaignHire is seeking experienced Industrial Electricians for north Queensland projects, including major works two hours from Cairns. You will perform electrical installation, testing, and commissioning within a construction team, with some away work and progression opportunities into supervisory roles.
Ideal candidates hold an unrestricted electrical licence, White Card, LVR/CPR, and experience reading schematics.
Qualifications
- Current Unrestricted Electrical Licence is required.
- White Card (construction site) is required.
- LVR & CPR Qualification is required.
Responsibilities
- Install electrical equipment, cable supports, cabling, switchboards and related systems per drawings/ specs.
- Complete electrical terminations, testing and commissioning.
- Interpret electrical schematics and installation requirements.
- Collaborate with supervisors and trades to meet milestones and deadlines.
- Identify site issues, scope changes and material needs.
- Diagnose and resolve faults during installation/ commissioning.
- Complete test records and as-built mark-ups accurately.
- Maintain safety, quality and compliance with standards.
