Job summary

Capstone Recruitment is seeking a Development Manager with a strong leasing bias to lead major industrial and logistics projects in Sydney, from feasibility to delivery and stabilisation. You will work closely with leasing agents and occupiers to shape leasing strategy and respond to market demand, supported by a project manager for technical delivery.

This role focuses on commercial outcomes, deal closure, and portfolio performance across Western Sydney and other key logistics markets.

Qualifications

• Development management experience in industrial, logistics or commercial property.
• A genuine leasing orientation and strong agent and occupier relationships.
• Confident across feasibility, planning and construction delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive leasing outcomes across the portfolio alongside development delivery.
• Manage feasibility, including due diligence, planning and financial appraisal.
• Lead consultant teams through design, documentation and planning approvals.
• Oversee construction delivery, including contractor, programme and budget control.
• Manage project risk, reporting and governance.
