Job summary

Yo Ai Labs is seeking an Indonesian bilingual expert to support a large-scale linguistic and AI training project. You will listen to AI-generated Indonesian speech, assess nativeness, fluency, pronunciation, and cultural accuracy, and provide detailed feedback to help improve language model performance.

This remote role requires native Indonesian proficiency, strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with established guidelines.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Indonesian (spoken and written).
• Strong understanding of Indonesian cultural nuances and regional variations.
• B2+ proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal skills.
• Attention to detail and methodical language evaluation.
• Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback and follow guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Listen to and review audio clips to evaluate nativeness, fluency, and quality.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and linguistic authenticity.
• Evaluate language accuracy and identify unnatural expressions.
• Validate cultural and contextual appropriateness of language.
• Provide clear written feedback in English and verbal feedback when required.
• Document observations and provide actionable insights for model improvement.
• Follow guidelines, rubrics, and evaluation standards consistently.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to discuss findings.
• Complete assessments accurately within project timelines.
• Contribute suggestions to improve evaluation frameworks.
