• Supports development and mentorship of staff to embed Indigenous perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander ways of Knowing, Doing and Being into curriculum.
• Mentor staff to strengthen cultural capability and inclusive teaching practices.
• Develop partnerships with elders, communities and stakeholders to advance culturally responsive education.
• Embed culturally driven learning outcomes across the student learning journey.
