Job summary

Swaggie is seeking a Remote Travel Consultant/Agent to design and sell customized vacation packages. You will work directly with clients and multiple vendors to assemble itineraries, secure bookings, process payments, and ensure excellent service throughout the travel planning process.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, time management, and a passion for travel. The role supports remote work with opportunities to specialize in destinations and travel niches, with ongoing vendor

Qualifications

• Complete required Certification program in a timely manner.
• Complete and maintain agent registrations with vendors and suppliers.
• Laptop, Computer, or Smart Phone with reliable internet access is required.
• Ability to manage your time effectively and stay organized.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Personal travel experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Previous experience in hospitality and/or sales is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Must be 18 years of age and be authorized to work in the US.
• Credentials, E & O Insurance (Required by law), Licensing, and Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, plan and execute travel itineraries including but not limited to: airline, car rental, cruises, resorts & hotels, amusement parks, concert & sporting event tickets, and other tours & activities.
• Process payments on behalf of your clients to secure reservations.
• Maintain relationships with industry specific vendors and suppliers.
• Attend ongoing trainings to maintain and increase knowledge within the industry.
• Provide superior customer service to clients.
• Provide details to clients regarding any required travel documents such as passports or visas.
