Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to Learning Support Officers.
• Collaborate with teachers to plan learning adjustments for students.
• Assist in collecting and recording data for the NCCD process.
• Provide resources and strategies for Personalised Learning Plans.
• Support the NCCD process and ensure evidence is collected for year levels.
• Ensure learning plans for students needing modification are in place.
• Support staff in developing modified programs and assessments.
• Engage in PSG meetings with parents to address diverse learning needs.
• Maintain student files and liaise with parents and external professionals.
