Job summary

In this temporary role (Jan 2027–Dec 2027), you will drive high-quality teaching, implement reasonable adjustments, and build partnerships with families and community services to improve outcomes for students with disability.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-quality teaching, reasonable adjustments and targeted interventions for students with disability.
• Build strong partnerships with staff, families, specialist services and community agencies to coordinate effective support for students with diverse and complex needs.
• Contribute to whole-school planning, improvement and decision-making while supporting staff capability and inclusive practice across the school.
