Job summary

Winc in Australia seeks a Team Manager Inbound for the QLD Distribution Centre to lead about 16 staff, plan labour, and ensure stock flow and timely receiving and put-away. The role supports outbound performance by keeping stock available and replenished.

You will develop leadership capabilities while maintaining safety, quality, service, and cost standards, coordinating improvements and ensuring high service levels for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team in a large warehousing environment.
• Knowledge of OH&S and Industrial Relations legislation.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing staff groups, projects, or initiatives.
• Inbound management experience is highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations and processes.
• Proven ability to implement process improvement and change management.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage end-of-day inbound and replenishment processes.
• Deliver labour costs within budget for permanent and casual staff.
• Maintain service levels aligned with customer expectations.
• Coordinate change to drive productivity and cost efficiencies.
• Maintain day-to-day operational standards.
• Manage replenishment priorities to support product availability.
• Maintain receiving, putaway, replenishment, inventory, and system-quality standards.
• Coordinate cross-training for shift operations.
• Work with DC Operations Manager on improvement initiatives.
• Deputise for DC Operations Manager as required.
• Hold monthly meetings with DC Management with trend analysis.
• Maintain a positive culture within the operations functions.
• Drive OH&S program and promote Safety First culture.
