No prior insurance or sales experience is required; we provide complete training and ongoing coaching to build your knowledge and a long-term career.

We're looking for motivated people to join our General Insurance Sales team, helping customers find the right Car, Home and Contents Insurance for their needs.

You don't need previous insurance or sales experience. We're looking for confident communicators with the right attitude, a genuine customer focus, and the drive to succeed. We'll provide you with comprehensive training, ongoing coaching and the support you need to build your knowledge and develop a long-term career with us.

Working hours & location

This is a full-time role based in our Norwest office, operating Monday to Friday. You'll work on a rotating roster across business hours 8am – 6pm.

• Weekends are yours - no Saturday or Sunday shifts
• No overnight work
• A structured roster provided one month in advance
• Full-time stability in a modern Norwest Business Park location
