Job summary

A leading employment services provider is seeking a dedicated professional to support participants in their new employment roles. You will provide mentoring, ensure participants have the necessary resources, and regularly check in to foster a positive working relationship. Ideal candidates have experience in Employment Services, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle mandatory checks. What will you be doing

Your role will be to provide ongoing support to participants who have secured new employment. You will achieve this by:

  • Providing mentoring and coaching while assisting participants with navigating the challenges of new employment.
  • Ensuring participants have the tools and resources to succeed.
  • Performing regular check‑ins with participants and connecting them to support services as needed.
  • Collaborating with employers to foster a positive working relationship.
Who are you

Skills and experience we are looking for include:

  • Experience within Employment Services or related industry is highly advantageous but is not essential.
  • A qualification such as a Cert IV in Employment Services is also highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.

To be an Asurian you must be able to balance empathy, dignity and respect in your daily work while driving positive business outcomes.

A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory prior to commencement.

Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to the role.
