• Adapt visual direction to local store needs while staying true to brand DNA.
• Collaborate with Store Managers to align on strategy and impact.
• Coach store teams on visual principles and standards.
• Use insights and data to position hero products and improve visual decisions.

The Role

We're on the lookout for an In-Store Visual Merchandiser who will bring our brand to life in store and inspire our customers through bold storytelling and elevated visual moments.

You'll deliver world-class execution by maintaining visual merchandising standards, strengthening brand identity and supporting commercial goals. Through hands-on implementation and coaching, you'll drive consistency, create inspiring customer journeys, and build team confidence in all things VM.
