Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a casual Planogram Merchandiser to support Australia’s major retailers with planograms, POS setup, pricing and ticketing. The role is an ongoing casual engagement offering flexible hours across multiple stores in West Lakes and surrounds.

Approximately 10 hours per week, with minimum 2 full days available and hours varying by business needs. Training provided, roster issued 2 weeks in advance, and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Planogram experience in a grocery/retail environment.
• Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously but with an overall team focus.
• Ability to perform the physical and repetitive requirements of the role.

Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with store personnel
• Creating and maintaining quality planograms in store
• Pricing and ticketing compliance
• Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
• Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally
