The role offers broad exposure to fund structuring, product governance and regulatory compliance, with close collaboration to senior stakeholders and an emphasis on commercial outcomes.

Formación

• 3–6 years PQE in corporate, funds or banking.
• In-house background or relevant private practice.
• Strong commercial mindset with contracting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal support across fund structuring, governance and regulatory compliance.
• Advise on financial services regulation and product launches.
• Develop and negotiate agreements while managing stakeholder relations.
