Job summary

XS Espresso is seeking an In-House Content Creator to bring the XS brand to life across social media and beyond. You will craft engaging reels, stories and photos that reflect our vibrant café culture and community-driven brand.

Ideally you understand hospitality content, have a knack for visual storytelling, and can film and edit high-quality content. This role sits in Australia and offers opportunities to grow the XS presence across new store openings and product launches.

Qualifications

• Experience creating content for hospitality, food, lifestyle or retail brands is highly regarded.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Lightroom, Premiere Pro or similar is advantageous.
• Strong eye for photography, video, visual storytelling and composition.
• Excellent understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and emerging trends.

Responsibilities

• Create scroll-stopping content for Instagram, TikTok, Reels and Stories.
• Stay ahead of trends and translate them into XS content.
• Capture the XS experience across cafés, teams and customer moments.
• Develop campaigns, concepts and content ideas to drive engagement.
• Plan, shoot, edit and publish content from idea to posting.
