Carers WA is seeking a Support Officer for the Carer Wellness in the Home Program in Western Australia. This role enhances the health and wellbeing of carers through tailored support, connecting them with essential services and promoting inclusivity.

• Demonstrated extensive experience working in a similar role.

• Experience working for Not for Profit organizations.

Responsibilities

• Support the health and wellbeing of carers through various interventions.
• Coordinate Sector Support and Development projects.
• Educate community about unpaid carers' important roles.
