BaptistCare NSW/ACT - Aged Care in Morwell, VIC is seeking Personal Care Workers to support older people in their homes across Morwell and surrounding areas. Flexible hours help you balance life while making a real difference.

You will assist with daily tasks, provide companionship, and help clients stay living independently in their own homes. Training and career development are available.

Qualificações

• Current unrestricted Australian Driver Licence with minimum Third-Party Property Damage Insurance to transport clients.
• Completed Certificate III in aged care or Individual support or above.
• Current valid Level II First Aid Certificate
• Proficient user of smartphone technology, apps and email
• A warm, respectful, and caring approach
• Patience, resilience, and the ability to work independently
• Good communication skills and a willingness to build genuine relationships with client

Responsabilidades

• Assist with household tasks, showering and dressing, meal preparation, continence support, transport to appointments and local activities.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and a friendly face for clients.
• Support clients to continue living safely and independently in their own homes across Morwell and surrounding areas.
