BaptistCare is seeking Personal Care Workers to support clients in Waratah and surrounding areas in Tasmania, delivering hands-on personal care and practical support to help clients maintain independence at home.

You will provide daily living assistance, build trusting relationships with clients and families, and participate in ongoing training and career development. The role offers flexible hours, regional support, and a not-for-profit, values-driven workplace.

Formación

• Current unrestricted Australian driver licence with third-party property damage insurance.
• Certificate III in aged care or individual support or higher.
• Current Level II First Aid Certificate.
• Proficient with smartphones, apps and email.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver personal care including showering, grooming and mobility assistance.
• Assist with domestic tasks like meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in client health to care coordination team.
• Build genuine, trusting relationships with clients and their families.
