Job summary

Zycus is seeking an Implementation Consultant for Australia to lead Cloud S2P implementations, configure procurement solutions, and deliver compelling product demonstrations to enterprise clients. You will manage end-to-end projects, engage stakeholders, and drive adoption of Merlin AI-powered capabilities across sourcing, contracting, and supplier management.

Qualifications

• 5-15 years of consulting experience in S2P/P2P solutions with IT organizations, consulting firms, or software providers.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring Cloud Procurement Suites (Ariba, Coupa, Zycus, Ivalua, GEP SMART, Jaggaer, or similar).
• Proven expertise in solution configuration: workflows, approval hierarchies, master data, reporting dashboards, and ERP/financial system integrations.
• Experience in configuring and delivering product demonstrations and managing end-to-end software implementations.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes (upstream & downstream) including sourcing, contracting, supplier management, requisitioning, invoicing, and payments.
• Domain expertise in CLM, Supplier Management, Category Management, Spend Analysis, and Procurement Digitalization.
• Proven ability to facilitate knowledge transfer and translate complex technical concepts into business benefits.
• Exceptional client engagement and communication skills with ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience in change management (MOC), business process re-engineering, and gap analysis.
• Track record of delivering successful, timely, and high-quality software implementations.
