Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, call centres, recruitment, sales, or similar roles.

• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, professional phone support to brokers and customers with renewals, referrals, and general enquiries.
• Building strong relationships with brokers and partners as a trusted contact.
• Learning and using Zurich’s digital platforms to simplify processes for customers.
• Managing your own queue of tasks with team support.
• Collaborating with colleagues across teams to deliver great customer outcomes.
• Sharing feedback and ideas to help improve products and services.
