Darling Downs Hospital & Health Service in Warwick, QLD seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver safe, compassionate care that improves patient outcomes and supports the Warwick community. You’ll coordinate care, work with multidisciplinary teams and engage families to create a positive care experience.

You’ll be registered with AHPRA, demonstrate evidence‑based clinical care, and commit to ongoing learning, quality improvement and patient‑centred communication in a busy regional health service.

Formación

• Must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
• Experience delivering evidence-based nursing care and clinical judgment.
• Strong communication and teamwork to support person-centred care.
• Commitment to continuous learning, professional growth and quality improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver evidence-based nursing care that promotes patient wellbeing, safety and recovery.
• Partner with multidisciplinary colleagues to develop and evaluate care plans for best outcomes.
• Provide education, support and health information to empower patients in decisions about their care.
• Contribute to quality improvement, risk management and clinical excellence across the service.
