Qualifications

• Experience in community housing, social housing, or tenancy/property management.
• Understanding of working with vulnerable clients and diverse communities.
• A valid Driver’s Licence, plus Police Check and WWCC (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of tenancies for social and affordable housing.
• Support tenants to understand their rights and responsibilities.
• Conduct routine, periodic, and final property inspections.
