Job summary

Interrelate in Taree is seeking an experienced Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner to deliver mediation and child-inclusive services under the Family Law Act. The role includes intake, case planning and facilitating parenting agreements while supporting clients through complex disputes.

You will conduct risk assessments, group sessions, and provide services across contexts, including workplace and community settings; flexible hours are negotiable with Friday availability.

Qualifications

• Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution and active accreditation as an FDR Practitioner.
• Experience delivering dispute resolution, family law, mediation and property mediation with families and children.
• Knowledge of Family Law Act and related legislation; strong documentation and data reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide family dispute resolution and general mediation services
• Facilitate groups, seminars and workshops
