- Assistant Directors Kick start your journey with a $8,750 Sign-on Bonus, followed by an additional $8,750 Retention Bonus at the 12-month mark.
- For those who stay with us long-term, you will receive a $3,000 Annual Retention Bonus every year after your 5th anniversary.
- Teachers and Senior Educators: New team members in these roles receive a $7,500 Sign-on Bonus and a $7,500 Retention Bonus after 12 months of service. You will also be eligible for a $3,000 Annual Retention Bonus after 5 years.

Experience

Qualifications
