Job summary

Young Academics Early Learning Centre in Glenmore Village, NSW, is seeking an Early Childhood Educator for a full-time role (Mon–Fri, 6:30 am–6 pm rotating roster). You will deliver meaningful experiences aligned with our service philosophy, uphold child safety, and collaborate with families to support children's wellbeing and development.

The role requires a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, current First Aid/CPR, and NSW WWCC, with a strong commitment to upholding a Child Safe

Qualifications

• Experience planning, documenting, and implementing programs for children aged 0–6 years.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS and related regulations.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification; WWCC compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Room Leader in delivering high‑quality education and care.
• Develop and deliver an inclusive, innovative program.
• Apply EYLF learning frameworks to promote identity, wellbeing and communication.
• Maintain a safe environment and manage risks per health protocols.
• Lead by example and foster a collaborative team culture.
• Partner with families to support children’s development and education goals.
• Maintain clear communication within the team, children and families.
