Job summary

Active Kids Group is hiring Early Childhood Educators across multiple centres in Sydney's inner west and eastern suburbs. You will plan and deliver engaging learning programs, create a safe and nurturing environment, and collaborate with families to support individual learning needs.

Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, have 6–12 months of relevant experience, and possess strong communication skills with a current Working With Children Check.

Qualifications

• Working towards Certificate III and/or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Minimum 6–12 months' experience in a long day care or community-based setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuine passion for early childhood education
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Current Working With Children Check
• Legal right to work in Australia

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging learning programs that support children's development
• Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment
• Build strong relationships with families and collaborate on individual learning needs
• Observe, document, and respond to children's development and interests
• Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and quality standards
