Zusammenfassung

Value Care Limited in Mildura, VIC, seeks a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse to join our on-site team supporting NDIS participants. Based in Mildura, you will deliver clinical care, manage medications and coordinate with support staff to ensure safe, person-centred services.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams, uphold AHPRA standards and NDIA requirements, and contribute to quality assurance while providing high-quality clinical oversight in disability and community care settings.

Qualifikationen

• Current AHPRA registration (RN or EN) with no conditions.
• Experience in disability, community care or aged care.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work both independently and in a multidisciplinary team.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct nursing care to participants with complex needs, including high-intensity supports.
• Oversee medication management, documentation and clinical care plans with participants and families.
• Offer clinical guidance to disability support workers and coordinate with GPs and allied health professionals.
