Job summary

Monash Health is seeking a Grade 2 Physiotherapist (part-time 0.8 EFT) to support community health across Cranbourne and Dandenong. You will deliver tailored physiotherapy assessments, treatment and rehabilitation programs in clients’ homes and at community centres.

You’ll empower clients to improve mobility and independence while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Ongoing professional development and a supportive environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) or equivalent.
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently within your scope of practice.
• Commitment to delivering safe, evidence-based and person-centred care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A collaborative, proactive approach and a genuine passion for teamwork.
• Willingness to share your expertise, continue learning and grow professionally.
