Job summary

Nucleus Network is seeking a casual Clinical Trials Pharmacist to join the Pharmacy team and support the safe management of investigational products across Phase 1 trials. You will assist with study setup, daily pharmacy operations, inventory, compounding and accountability, in accordance with protocols and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with study teams, Medical Officers, sponsors and external vendors, maintaining documentation, supporting monitoring visits and ensuring timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Pharmacy and current pharmacist registration with AHPRA.
• Minimum two years’ experience as a registered pharmacist.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, dispense, compound and maintain inventory for investigational products.
• Ensure correct product and dose is given in line with protocols.
• Maintain controlled-temperature storage, equipment and clean-room environments.
• Prepare and maintain study documents and training records per ICH-GCP, GMP and GDP.
• Provide pharmacy advice and training to study teams on dosing, interactions and storage.
• Collaborate with operations, sponsors and vendors and support monitoring visits.
• Participate in rotating weekend and evening shifts as required.
