Job summary

Coral Homes is seeking a Reporting Analyst to translate stakeholder needs into practical BI solutions across sales, permits, construction, service, warranty and finance. You will gather requirements, refine reports, and own delivering outputs with our BI team.

You will work with SQL Server, Power BI and SSRS/Report Builder, building dashboards, performing data validation, and contributing to ETL and data integrations to support decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience creating reports or dashboards in SSRS/Power BI.
• Working knowledge of SQL and willingness to advance skills.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools to assist development.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards using SSRS and Power BI.
• Clarify reporting needs with stakeholders and secure sign-off.
• Write SQL queries to extract data for ad-hoc management reports.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues end-to-end and fix data discrepancies.
• Manage report server access, security, and subscriptions.
• Maintain recurring reports for external partners.
• Contribute to ETL and data integrations across BI environment.
• Use source control and track work with Azure DevOps/Git.
