Job summary

Better Health Network in St Kilda, Victoria, is seeking a Program Manager, Connected Communities to lead high-quality community and healthcare programs across multiple sites. You will oversee operations, workforce, and partnerships to improve access and strengthen community wellbeing.

You will guide service delivery, monitor performance and budgets, and contribute to funding and grants. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Melbourne with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Business, Health or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership in social support, housing, health or community programs.
• Strong ability to lead through aged care, mental health or sector reform.
• Experience designing, implementing and evaluating evidence-informed programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead service strategy and operations aligned to client and community needs.
• Manage staffing, recruitment, supervision and rostering.
• Build partnerships to strengthen service integration and outcomes.
• Monitor performance, contracts, reporting and service targets.
