NSW Ambulance is seeking a Project Manager for the Mental Health Reform Project to support planning, coordination, and delivery of system-wide improvements across NSW. The role partners with internal and external stakeholders to manage activities, monitor milestones and ensure outcomes align with strategic objectives.

You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee governance, risk management and reporting to inform decisions, and drive the transition of reform into Business as Usual operations

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering complex projects or reform initiatives in health/government or similar.
• Experience managing scope, timelines, budgets, governance requirements.
• Proven ability influencing senior stakeholders across organisations.
• Experience supporting change management and large-scale transformation initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate and deliver key reform initiatives within Mental Health Reform Project.
• Lead implementation and transition of reform into BAU operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project risks and dependencies.
• Provide accurate reporting to support decision-making and governance.
