KPMG Immigration is seeking an Immigration Senior Consultant (Registered Migration Agent) in Sydney. You will work full-time to provide expert migration guidance, prepare visa applications, and collaborate with KPMG Taxation and Global Mobility teams to support client needs.

As a senior contributor, you will develop relationships with high-level clients, supervise junior consultants, and drive timely, accurate outcomes in a dynamic cross-border environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Migration Agent status with strong Australian immigration knowledge.
• Proven technical ability across employer migration and visa subclasses.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and managing client relationships.
• Ability to supervise immigration consultants and guide a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to balance priorities and meet deadlines in a regulatory environment.
• Eligibility as a Registered Migration Agent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Australian immigration advice across visa subclasses.
• Prepare visa applications and supporting documentation for clients.
• Develop and nurture client relationships with senior-level clients.
• Collaborate with KPMG Tax and Global Mobility teams on engagements.
• Lead and supervise junior immigration consultants.
• Identify new business opportunities within engagements.
• Maintain high-quality, timely outputs under deadlines.

• Australian immigration subject matter expert across immigration issues working closely with senior experienced leaders, immigration consultants and managers.
• Strong proven immigration technical skills, particularly in areas of employer migration including the preparation of visa applications.
• Developing strong client relationships with senior level clients.
• Understanding KPMG's broad service offerings to enable identification of business opportunities on engagements.
