Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking reliable General Labourers/Trade Assistants for ongoing casual work across NSW. Earn strong weekly pay with typical earnings around 1,400+ per week, with $35.11 per hour plus 11.5% super and a daily travel allowance of $22.

You'll join a professional team supplying staff to builders, landscapers and manufacturing sites. Applicants should have at least 12 months' experience, a Construction White Card and a valid driver's licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card is required.
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport (highly preferred).
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Reliability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Assist across commercial/residential landscaping, construction, and warehousing tasks.
• Site preparation, wheelbarrow materials, digging and trenching.
• Lifting, carrying, packing, and stacking materials.
• Assist qualified tradespeople and perform general labouring duties.
