Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking experienced General Labourers or Trade Assistants for consistent casual work with weekly pay and real progression opportunities. The role involves varied site tasks across landscaping, construction, warehouses and shopfitting, with a supportive team and ongoing assignments.

You’ll be expected to handle physical tasks, maintain safety, and support skilled trades on diverse sites, with a current White Card and a valid driver’s licence. Immediate start offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card is required.
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport preferred.
• Able to perform physically demanding work.
• Strong work ethic, reliability and punctuality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Work across commercial and residential landscaping, construction, warehouse fit-outs and related projects.
• Perform general labour tasks, site clean-ups, manual handling and assisting tradespeople.
• Prepare sites, move materials, assist with packing and assembling products.
• Adhere to safety requirements and PPE guidelines.
