Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration and working rights in Australia.
• 3+ years’ experience as RN in an acute ICU/HDU.
• Commitment to quality patient care and safety standards.
• Familiarity with ACQSHC National standards.
• Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Postgraduate Certificate in ICU/HDU/CCU is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the nursing team with planning, assessment, implementation and evaluation of evidence-based, person-centred patient care.
• Adhere to AHPRA standards, code of ethics and Healthscope policies and processes.
• Foster learning through clinical presentations and support professional development.
