Job summary

Epworth Richmond ICU, a 26-bed unit, admits more than 2000 patients annually and is accredited by the CICM for general training and cardiothoracic ICU. The fixed-term full-time Junior Intensive Care Registrar position commences February 2027 and welcomes CICM trainees as well as Career Medical Officers and trainees from other Colleges.

The unit emphasizes education and research with protected weekly registrar teaching, consultant-led training, mentorship, and access to a biostatistician and data

Qualifications

• General registration with AHPRA or AMC accredited and limited registration with AHPRA
• Minimum 3-years completed fulltime employment post-graduation
• Previous critical care experience
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a team-based environment
